General

The Orangery at Little Boynes is a self catering holiday cottage whish was converted from a former Orangery in 2003. The size, style, constraints imposed by the conversion and layout of the building renders it totally unsuitable for use by wheelchair users. It may be suitable for use by people with restricted or limited mobility and we will do our best to provide for the needs of anyone who wishes to book, subject to the following caveats. There are no specific services for the deaf or visually impaired but we will do our best to provide services tailored to individual needs. Some form of transport is a must as there are no regular transport services which pass close by; although there are several bus and river bus services from Upton centre. The Orangery is not available for use by children under 7 years of age, nor by smokers. Pets are also not accepted onto the premises. The accommodation includes the use of the on-site unsupervised swimming pool, Jacuzzi and spa along with the gardens a games room.
